Talent Acquisition Process
Based on Mert Software’s vision, mission and values, all recruitment tools are used effectively to assign the most accurate and competent candidates to current positions. At the beginning of the recruitment resources, there is an area on Mert Software’s own website, where job applications can be made and announcing open positions. At the same time, apart from websites such as İşkur, Kariyer.net and Linkedln, alternative recruitment resources such as İşin Olsun mobile application are also used.
In our recruitment process, competency-based interviews, potential analysis, technical interviews, aptitude tests and also foreign language exams are applied for some positions.
Mert Software&Electronics aims to contribute to their personal and professional development with the “Intern Development Program” developed for vocational high schools and university interns. The intern employment process is also seen as a social responsibility approach for Mert Software&Electronics.
Orientation Process
An orientation program is implemented within the framework of the orientation program for new hires.
The objectives of the orientation training are to new recruited personnel; Providing information on company policies, organizational structure of the company, production-service subject and process, social rights and responsibilities, work conditions, job security, and ensuring the adaptation of the employee to the job and the company through social activities. In addition, the orientation includes general information such as Mert Software&Electronic’s history, understanding of quality, brands and fields of activity, workplace rules and social opportunities.
